Bursa Malaysia has announced requirements for Main Market listed issuers to include ‘common sustainability matters’, ‘TCFD-aligned disclosures’ in their sustainability statements.
Including ‘common sustainability matters’ will be required from 31 December 2023 and including ‘TCFD-aligned disclosures’ will be required from 31 December 2025.
