The Chinese National Development and Reform Commission and the Chinese National Bureau of Statistics Ministry of Ecology and Environment have issued the "On Accelerating the Establishment of a Unified Code of Carbon Emissions" which will implement a system to standardize carbon emissions statistical accounting.
