African ministers and senior officials urged the ISSB to work with African stakeholders to help the early adoption of the standard in Africa to help the continent attract more investment, in a communique released at the International Cooperation Forum and Meeting of African Ministers of Finance, Economy and Environment in Cairo in early September.
